Brug Hild is a variation of a Petersen type H Nordic sword. The blade is darkened and aged with the crossbar and pommel left black yet polished from the forge. The grip and scabbard made from maple and on them is wood burnt primitive Nordic maze and key tile inspired patterns that evoke elements of the deep pine and cedar forests of the north. The simple steel belt loop on the scabbard makes it easy, tough, and versatile enough to carry at your side in any conditions. Strong, sturdy, swift and keen, it's a sword that will serve its wielder well and protect its people until the end.
